On December 25, My a few sons and I had a flight from Cleveland to Phoenix that was to depart at seven:fifty which has a quit in Charlotte NC. We created it to the airport but with Yet one more impolite AA consultant, (I understood it was hectic with the holidays and all) I had been certain that I could get my bag in Dallas considering the fact that we now had to spend the night time there. I questioned him in regards to the tag that appeared like it absolutely was checked to Phoenix and he explained curtly, you’ll just choose it up in Dallas and recheck it in the morning. Properly the bag didn't allow it to be around the conveyer in Dallas. When I questioned A different consultant about it, he explained it had been in a major space and it had been going out when we left in the morning. I instructed him I required it for my hotel stay, and he instructed me it would just take 4 hours to get it. Okay…nevermind…I’ll be again here in four hours!!! So I remaining for the Dallas hotel with out my baggage.. Received on our flight the following early morning and took off by the due date.
